Senior Conference Manager, Meeting Services 

Position Summary: Under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Vice President of Professional Education, the Senior Conference Manager for Meeting Services is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing on AHIP's event strategy, including AHIP annual Institute, trade shows, conferences and Board and committee meetings. This position ensures the delivery of event experiences that meet or exceed all event goals, exceed the expectations of event attendees, and fulfill the educational objectives of all events within budget. This position is also responsible for administrative, program and project coordination as well as supports specially assigned projects for the Professional Education Division. The position is within the Professional Education team, a division of the Public Affairs department which is responsible for marketing and graphics, conferences and education, web and digital strategy, media relations, grassroots and strategic communications.

Project Manager, Professional Education

Position Summary: Under the supervision and guidance of the Vice President of Professional Education, the Project Manager is responsible for providing project management and program coordination for the conferences and events organized by the Professional Education Department. This position provides valuable operational and administrative expertise for the Education team. This position is critical to ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner for the successful execution of conferences throughout the year.

The ideal candidate has strong administrative, project management, and interpersonal skills. The individual should excel working across disciplines and under tight deadlines. Candidate must be a problem-solver.  The position is within the Professional Education team, a division of the Public Affairs department which is responsible for marketing and graphics, conferences and education, web and digital strategy, media relations, grassroots and strategic communications.
