CAQH Director of Product Management, UPD

Position Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Product Management is responsible for developing a holistic strategy for the Universal Provider Datasource (UPD) and to ensure its respective profitability.  The Director will create a long term investment thesis, an IT roadmap, and lifecycle maintenance approach for the UPD and its related services (EFT and Sanctions). The Director will also lead the creation and maintenance of assigned new products and services within UPD to meet profitability and ROI expectations and will define the pricing strategy in collaboration with the CAQH Business Development lead.

CAQH Managing Director, Finance and Administration 

Position Summary: The Managing Director is responsible for the oversight, organization and management of CAQH financial and administrative functions.  The Managing Director monitors the financial condition of the organization, prepares financial reports and budgets and oversees day-to-day finance operations.  The Managing Director will ensure that effective financial and operational controls are in place to support current business needs and future growth.  The Managing Director also functions as the chief administrative officer of CAQH.  The Managing Director is a key member of the executive team and will work with the Audit Committee, board of directors and various stakeholders in the organization.

CAQH Administrative Assistant 

Position Summary: Provides administrative and logistical support to all members of the Business Development and Marketing (BD&M) team.  Serves as a liaison in the coordination of information between BD&M, CAQH Solutions and the Accounting and Finance Departments, including preparing spreadsheets for analysis that include financial and other data.  Assists management with  travel arrangements and utilizes Microsoft Office to coordinate and schedule conferences and meetings.  Assists Managing Director and other managers with reports, presentations and other work production including research, cross-functional communication and coordination and document creation with advanced word processing and PowerPoint skills.

CAQH Sales Manager

Position Summary: Offers and delivers consultative sales across multiple existing and new services to decision-makers at a variety of United States healthcare entities. Responsible for independently managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure and transitioning to Account Management. Uses consultative sales techniques to generate interest and win business. Works closely with the Senior Manager and the Account Management team to ensure a seamless, positive and professional experience for the client. CAQH Manager, Education, Outreach and Participant Relations

Postition Summary: Plans and manages the CORE education and participant relations activities. Working with the CORE Managing Director, the Manager is responsible to ensure all education, participant relations and outreach activities are aligned with the CORE strategic imperatives, with an emphasis on rule writing, certification and testing, and coordination with other industry efforts. This position will promote, enhance and build the reputation of CORE as the first national heathcare administrative operating rules author and aim to ensure the industry has accessible information regarding the newly mandated operating rules. The Manager will work closely with the CAQH Communications staff, CORE rule writing staff and external consultants to ensure a smooth, seamless transfer of accurate presentation materials.
