Conference Policies

Please take a moment to review AHIP’s new conference guidelines and policies.

Badge Policy

  • All registrations must be paid in full in order to collect name badge at the conference registration.
  • All attendees will be required to show a government issued ID to pick up your attendee badge. Attendees requesting the Government Registration Rates will be asked to show active Government ID.
  • AHIP requests that you wear your badge at all times while in the conference space. You will need to wear your badge to access the sessions.
  • We request that you return your badge to the Registration Desk at the end of conference(s).

Multi-Media Policy
This conference, including all presentations and conversations conducted at this conference, may NOT be recorded by any means, including without limitation on audiotape, videotape, film, or the memory of a device, nor may it be broadcast or streamed on the Internet, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of America’s Health Insurance Plans. This prohibition extends to recording on any type of device, including without limitation cellular phones (including smartphones), personal digital assistants (including Blackberries, iPhones, Palm Pilots), ear piece devices (such as Bluetooth), laptop computers (including iPads), and digital or other types of video cameras or recorders.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate removal from the conference, as well as other potential consequences.
