Foundation has offered two premier executive development programs for leaders
in the health care industry: Executive
Leadership Program (ELP) and Executive Leadership Program

by professionals working in the health insurance community making these
programs superior to other, more general education programs. The Kellogg School
of Management at Northwestern University serves as the programs’ academic
