Joe is a Principal and leader for KPMG’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Management Consulting practice with more than 20 years of management consulting and technology experience with a focus on managing strategy, transformation and technology innovation initiatives for health plans and life sciences companies.  

Joe also serves as the lead for KPMG’s national health plans practice.  In this role he is responsible for performing industry research, providing thought leadership, and setting strategic direction for KPMG’s health plans practice. 

Joe continues to advise C-level executives in the Healthcare industry, and serves as a member of KPMG’s National Healthcare Advisory Board which is comprised of external senior industry executives and KPMG senior partners from the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors.  

Jennie Cull
Managing Director, KPMG LLP 

Jennie is a leader of the KPMG Management Consulting practice specializing in the Business Effectiveness of customer strategy and growth initiatives.    Jennie has substantial experience in leading and coordinating business transformation engagements including CRM, ERP, Customer Experience, and Marketing & Service Effectiveness for health plans and other industries.

Director, KPMG LLP 

Bob is a Director in the KPMG Business Effectiveness Advisory practice and has a focus on customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. Bob works with payers, global pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech manufacturers on a range of complex customer facing challenges.

Bob has more than 20 years of experience in both industry and management consulting specializing in the areas of customer engagement and technology with deep expertise within the healthcare, consumer products and Business-to-Business industries.

Bryan Praught

Bryan is the Manager of Targeted Communications within the in Marketing Communications group at HCSC.  He is heavily involved in customer experience and communications readiness for ACA and the Healthcare Exchange.

Bryan is has been involved with Sales and Marketing for the last 20 years including owning his own marketing and advertising company, RR Donnelly, and HCSC.  He has been with HCSC for 6 years in both a leadership role in Marketing and in Corporate Print Management. 

Bryan is a graduate from Illinois State University and resides with his family in Chicago.  He is very involved in choir at HCSC, Boy Scouts, Chicago Sporting Events, and family events.
