The health care industry is about to undergo significant changes with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the creation of Federally Facilitated, State, and Private Health Insurance Exchanges.  Most states are either considering options or have announced they will have a state based Public Exchange.  It is fairly certain that Private Exchanges will closely follow to ensure consumers have broader access to health plans. 

Objectives:

Eugene Sayan has 20 years of experience and brings extensive expertise in business process management and content management. He has an extensive track record in leading companies to success.  Prior to Softheon, Mr. Sayan successfully led the second-generation imaging, document management and workflow initiative for various content management companies. Mr. Sayan is recognized as an industry leader, frequently speaks at industry events and has published several articles in the field of content management.  He serves on the Stony Brook University Computer Science advisory board and is a member of the Board of Directors of Long Island High Technology Incubator, where he contributes to the growth of technology-based start-up firms.   He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University, Turkey
