LEARNING PARTNERS
To achieve the goal of becoming the industry’s source for continued learning, the AHIP Center for Insurance Education and Professional Development forms alliances with other prominent trade associations. Listed below are organizations that co-sponsor and contribute to the development and review of curriculum, and/or approve Center programming for their members:
- International DI Society —The International DI Society is a co-sponsor of the Center’s Disability Income Associate (DIA) designation.
- National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) —NAHU is a co-sponsor of two of the Center’s courses: Long-Term Care Partnerships and Marketing Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription Drug Plans: Understanding Medicare Basics, Plan Options, and Marketing and Enrollment Requirements; as well as a co-sponsor of the Center’s Employee Healthcare Benefits Associate (EHBA) and Disability Income Associate (DIA) designations.
- National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) -NAIFA is one of the Center's Learning Partners. Members of NAIFA receive preferred pricing on all the Center's educational programs and products.
- National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA) —The Center’s three full-length anti-fraud courses can be applied towards meeting the continuing education requirements of NHCAA's National Health Care Anti-Fraud Investigator (AHFI) designation.
