Business Process Advisor
Designed as a training tool for companies that provide customer solutions to clients, offer back office support, or IT services, the Center’s BPA designation gets managers and staff up to speed quickly. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of health insurance, customer service strategies, the basics of care management terminology, and organizational structure. Electives will provide you with options for more advanced-level studies focusing on medical management, call centers, and HIPAA.
