These rates are available until April 22, 2011 or when the room block has sold out (whichever comes first).

Rooms at these rates are being held for arrival on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 and departure on Friday, June 17, 2011. Space is limited. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The AHIP contracted group rate is available to AHIP conference attendees only. Please identify yourself as an attendee for the AHIP’s Institute 2011.

All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.

*Note: Organizations requiring more than four rooms will be required to supply all guest names at the time of reservation, as well as supply the room deposits. Cancellations may be made up to one month prior to arrival to receive any refunds.

Deposit and Cancellations:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card for first and last night’s rooms and tax. Cancellations will be accepted by the Hotel up to 14 days in advance of the guest’s arrival without penalty. Cancellation after that time will result in forfeit of first and last night’s deposit.
