The Chairman Level Sponsorship opportunities are extremely limited and the most exclusive packages that we offer. As a Chairman Level Sponsor, you’ll enjoy the highest level of exposure to health insurance decision makers.
Chairman Level Benefits Include ALL Presidential Level Sponsorship Benefits, PLUS:
- Upgraded 20’ x 40’ booth space (exclusive to Chairman Level Sponsors in 2011).
- Chairman Level Sponsors who choose to host a networking breakfast or concurrent session will have priority session slots

PRESIDENTIAL LEVEL SPONSOR
Presidential Level Sponsorship carries a number of special benefits:
- Complimentary 20' x 20' exhibit booth (exclusive to Presidential Level Sponsors in 2011)
- Enhanced listing on the Virtual Trade Show website and sponsor recognition on the conference website*
- Opportunity to host a networking breakfast or a concurrent session (AHIP will determine which opportunity best fits your company's goals)
- Recognition within select pre-conference electronic marketing materials*
- Prominent recognition on select printed marketing materials*
- Recognition as a Presidential Level Sponsor at the conference*
- Prominent on-site signage
- Recognition in relevant on-site and/or online materials
- Listing in relevant on-site and/or online materials, including a 50-word company description
- Ad in relevant on-site and/or online materials (first come, first served)
- Sponsor recognition on sponsoring company's staff name badges
- One door drop of the sponsor's promotional piece at the conference hotel during the conference
- Twelve (12) full conference registrations

Pre-conference and post-conference uses of the Institute 2011 attendee list must be used for Institute 2011-specific mailings. Post-conference mailings must be conducted within three months of Institute 2011.
MAJOR LEVEL SPONSOR
Major Level Sponsorship carries a number of special benefits:
- Priority booth selection and booth placement
- Complimentary 10' x 10' exhibit booth with priority to increase to a 10' x 20' exhibit booth (based on space availability; available to Major Level Sponsors only)
- Listing on the Virtual Trade Show website and sponsor recognition on the conference website*
- Recognition within select pre-conference print marketing materials*
- Recognition as a Major Level Sponsor at the conference*
- On-site signage
- Recognition in relevant on-site and/or online materials, including a 50-word company description
- Sponsor recognition on sponsoring company's staff name badges
