Quality Interactions for Health Care Employees (Certificate of Completion)The Quality Interactions non-accredited, web-based program for health care employees teaches a cross-cultural, individual-based strategy for communicating effectively with diverse populations. The program is appropriate for health plan representatives, health care administrators, customer service representatives, office managers, lab technicians – and essentially anyone who works in health care but not necessarily in a direct clinical setting. This web-based, interactive program teaches many of the same concepts and skills as the original Quality Interactions program, but is geared toward all employees in health related organizations rather than clinical staff.
