Registration Instructions
Prior to registering for each course, you will need an Organization ID code. To access the code, please refer to the step-by-step registration instructions for each designated course.
Once you register for the course online, you may come back at anytime and finish where you left off. Please note that the User ID will usually be your e-mail address and the user develops its own password.

Hardware/Software Requirements
This course is delivered over the web. Certain technical requirements are necessary. Please confirm the following within your system.
- Operating Systems Required: Windows 2000, XP, or Win NT 4
- Minimum Systems: Pentium 133MHz (233 MHz recommended);
- RAM: 64MB (128MB recommended);
- Minimum of 56K Modem
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 through 6
- Adobe FLASH 8 plug-in or newer
- JavaScript enabled
- Screen resolution of 800 X 600 or higher; Highest (32 bit) Color Quality;
- You may need to disable pop-up blockers if they interfere with the course.

Certified Case Manager (CCM): The Commission for Case Manager Certification has approved the educational activity, Quality Interactions for Case Managers, for 2.5 clock hours for Certified Case Managers (CCMs) and 1.0 clock hours for the refresher course.
Designation Statement
Tufts University School of Medicine designates the refresher course educational activity for a maximum of 1.0 category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity. This activity was prepared in accordance with the ACCME Essentials.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t know my organization ID. How can I get it?
The organization ID is located in the registration instructions for each course. Please note, the organization ID is not the same as your AHIP member ID.
I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
E-mail QIModule@ahip.org with your User ID (e.g., e-mail address). A representative will reply with your password.
I can register and login to course, but cannot launch the program. I get a blank screen with a red x in the corner. What's wrong?
This course requires the Flash plug-in, which is available for free from Adobe. Please contact your course administrator if you require assistance with installing this plug-in.
How can I log back into the course? I tried to register again and it said there is already a user associated with my User ID.
Once you have registered, you can visit the course again by going to the learning management system website and logging in with your organization ID and the user ID and password you created when you registered. Once you are logged back in and launch the course, check marks indicate the sections of the course you have completed.
I received an error message that said the course has timed out. What should I do?
Please always log out of course by clicking the exit course button when not actively engaged in using course. If you receive an error message please exit the course and log out of the learning management system and then log back in.
I exited the course during the patient case, but when I logged back in it said I hadn't done that case. Why did it forget my place?
You may exit the course at the end of the patient case by using the exit course button. If you use the exit course button while in a patient case you will need to start that case over from the beginning. If you do need to exit while in a case, you can print a transcript which would allow you to move more quickly through the steps when you return to do the case. To print a transcript just click the button labeled 'Transcripts'.
I completed the course, but I am unable to print my CME/CEU/CCM letter.
