Hotel Rates:

Single or double occupancy: $299 plus 14.45% tax per room per night. This rate is available until Wednesday, September 1, 2010 or when the room block has sold out (whichever comes first).

Rooms at this rate are being held for arrival on Sunday, September 26, 2010 and departure on Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Space is limited. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The AHIP contracted group rate is available to AHIP conference attendees only. Please identify yourself as an AHIP attendee.

*Note: Organizations requiring more than two rooms will be required to supply all guest names at the time of reservation, as well as supply the room deposits. Cancellations may be made up to one month prior to arrival to receive any refunds.

Deposit and Cancellations:
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card that must be supplied at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted by the hotel without a penalty until 21 days prior to arrival. Between 21-14 days prior to arrival, cancellations will result in a fee totaling two nights’ room and tax. Beginning 13 days prior to the event, any cancellations will result in the individual being charged for the entire stay.

AHIP has negotiated a discount program with Avis. Reservations can be made at Avis.com or by calling Avis at 800.331.1600. Provide the Avis Worldwide Discount # (AWD) D833353. The discount is effective 7 days before and 7 days after Institute 2010. The program is designed to provide the lowest rate based on your itinerary whether it is the meeting rate or a promotional rate including an additional discount. Please feel free to compare and base your decision on rates quoted directly from Avis with what you may find on the Internet or through other loyalty programs.
