Forces of Change

Leading the Way through Change

AHIP Foundation and Harvard School of Public Health
Forces of Change in Health Insurance Leadership Program (Part II)

This year, being ready to adjust to changes facing our country’s health care system is more important than ever. From the transformation of the delivery and cost of care, to payment of services, are your organization’s business processes positioned to meet the new opportunities an evolving system presents? Is your team ready to tackle the project management challenges associated with shifting business needs in a post-reform world? Is advancing quality a decision priority throughout your organization?

We are about to enter a new era in which old business models and paradigms will not suffice. We have much to learn; we will need to learn quickly; and, in applying what we learn, we will need to be nimble. From overall business strategies to execution, the Forces of Change Program is a comprehensive educational opportunity that will fill your toolbox with solid ideas to lead through change. You’ll learn from leading Harvard faculty and health care leaders in a format that combines case studies and lectures with plenty of networking.

Take the lead.
