The group rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to hotel availability. The conference rate is valid from arrival, Sunday, September 21, 2008 to departure, Thursday, September 25, 2008.

All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, the individual will forfeit the deposit of the first and last night’s stay.
