4 Ways to Register
- ONLINE. Secure transactions through AHIP Online. Have your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card available. Please do not fax or mail a registration form if you register online.
- FAX. Fax the registration form with credit card order (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to AHIP fax 202.778.8506.
- MAIL. Mail the registration form with your payment to America’s Health Insurance Plans; P.O. Box 7247-6327; Philadelphia, PA 19170-6327.
- EXPRESS MAIL. Mail the registration form with your payment to AHIP/Registrar; 601 Pennsylvania Ave., NW; South Building, Suite 500; Washington, D.C. 20004.

Early Registration
Registration forms and payment must be received by AHIP no later than Wednesday, April 9, 2008.
Cancellation Fees
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund less a $150 processing fee, if your notification is received in writing by mail or e-mail by Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Written requests should be sent to: Customer Action Center; America's Health Insurance Plans; 601 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, South Building, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20004. E-mail requests should be sent to: customersolutions@ahip.org.
Special Team Discounts
Attend our Medicare Operations, Bidding and Implementation Conference and challenge yourself with new ideas, new solutions and new thinking. All registrations must be received at the same time.
Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome for those attendees who cannot attend. Please notify the America's Health Insurance Plans Customer Action Center by phone or in writing by Wednesday, April 9, 2008, to make the proper arrangements.
