A Governor’s Perspective On Medicaid Policy Priorities In The States

Ralph Northam is the 73rd Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Gov. Northam has been an Army doctor, pediatric neurologist, business owner, state Senator, and Lieutenant Governor.

A native of Virginia’s Eastern Shore, Governor Northam was educated at the Virginia Military Institute and Eastern Virginia Medical Center, and served in the United States Army.

Governor Northam is committed to building a Virginia that works better for everyone, no matter who they are or where they live.
