As millions of tech-savvy Baby Boomers enter the market, never has there been a greater need for Medicare Advantage plans to modernize their consumer experience strategy. Medicare beneficiaries are becoming more sophisticated shoppers and consumers have high expectations of their health plan. This represents a significant opportunity for Medicare Advantage plans to expand their offerings. To do so, plans must arm themselves with technologies that are rooted in all things consumer experience.
