Health Care’s Premier Event for CX and Digital Health professionals!

Share your health plan’s best practices, unique approach to an industry-wide challenge or data-driven case study with hundreds of conference participants in a concurrent session at AHIP’s Consumer Experience & Digital Health Forum, which is December 10-12, 2019, in Chicago.

The sessions are 45-minutes, including time for questions and answers (hint: conference participants really enjoy interactive sessions that allow for questions and answers). You may choose to include one speaker, or several speakers, depending on the session content.

Next-Generation Consumer Experience & Branding

Sessions in this track will enhance your marketing and branding strategies to expand their reach, build brand loyalty and trust with consumers. They will also discuss how content marketing, preference management, social commerce and new technologies can demonstrate ROI, better engage consumers and improve your efforts.

Data, Analytics and Actionable Intelligence

Sessions in this track will explore how health plans are using advanced data analytics and business intelligence to drive objective improvements in clinical and quality outcomes, care management, and financial performance. Topics will include how integrated systems can facilitate data flow across silos and enable personalized experiences.

Technology, Tools, and Strategies for Connected and Collaborative Care

Sessions in this track will expound on innovative e-health tools and initiatives that enable patient-centric care, promote consumer decision-making with provider transparency tools, improve medication adherence, and enhance health and wellness. They will also discuss new technologies and analytic tools that are helping to measure health outcomes and track population health initiatives.

Industry Transformation, Disruption and Product Innovation

Sessions in this track will cover how new business models and digital initiatives can serve as a catalyst to organizational transformation and product innovation, while enabling more efficient automation, lower health care costs, better decision making, and stronger connectivity with consumers.

Additional Guidelines

  • Only session submissions from health insurance providers(includes both AHIP members and non-members) will be considered. If you are not submitting on behalf of a health insurance provider, please contact our Business Affairs Team at to discuss other session opportunities.
  • Proposals solely promoting company products or services will NOT be considered. However, proposals explaining the underlying innovative technologies used to improve health care delivery, products, or services will be considered.
  • Sessions will take place between December 10-12, 2019, in Chicago. Please make sure the speakers you’re recommending are available on those dates.
  • When submitting your proposal, please include:
    • Proposed speaker name(s), job title(s), and company name(s) including previous conference presentation experience and/or brief speaker biography. NOTE: At least one speaker should be from a health insurance provider organization.
    • Contact information including address, phone and e-mail for the person submitting the innovation.
    • Title of presentation
    • Brief overview of the presentation (1 short paragraph plus 3 – 4 bullets that illustrate audience takeaways). Please write this with the knowledge that if your proposal is selected, portions of this description will be included in printed and online materials. Please do not use trade names, technical jargon, names of products, companies, or institutions, or abbreviations other than units of measurement.
    • Target audience(s) – Attendees include leading health insurance plan executives, Chief Medical Officers, and teams implementing digital health strategies, as well as other professionals who are in the health information technology, data analytics, telehealth, digital health, and consumer engagement space.
  • Sessions should focus on a current project in place with reportable results, rather than recently implemented projects.
