Hotel Cancellation Policy for Omni Nashville and Hilton Garden Inn Nashville

All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.

If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival (Wednesday, August 30, 2023), the deposit will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within thirteen (13) days or less prior to arrival (August 31 – September 13, 2023), the individual will be charged the entire length of stay

  • Hilton Garden Inn Nashville is $249.00 for single or double occupancy and sales tax is 15.25% plus $2.50 city occupancy fee, per room per night.
  • Omni Nashville is $349.00 for single or double occupancy and sales tax is 15.25% plus $2.50 city occupancy fee, per room per night.

Reservation deadline is Monday, August 14, 2023, or when the room blocks are sold-out.
