AHIP Digital COVID-19 Protocol Information

AHIP will require all attendees at the Consumer Experience and Digital Health Forum 2022 to provide evidence of reduced risk of COVID-19 infection through multiple options. Please see more details below.

AHIP Digital COVID-19 Protocol Information

AHIP will require all attendees at the Consumer Experience and Digital Health Forum 2022 to provide evidence of reduced risk of COVID-19 infection, by one of the following means. AHIP is providing these options in compliance with Tennessee law:

1. Prior to arrival at the conference, upload to the free CLEAR Health Pass App proof of having completed a primary course of vaccination against COVID-19 (with the final dose at least two weeks prior to the conference), and display the CLEAR Health Pass for admittance to the conference.*

-- OR --

2. Within 72 hours prior of attending the conference, test negative on a lab-administered COVID‑19 rapid or PCR antigen test, upload the result to the free CLEAR Health Pass App, and display the CLEAR Health Pass for admittance to the conference.

-- OR --

3. Visit the onsite CVS COVID-19 testing clinic at the conference prior to going to the registration desk, test negative on the COVID‑19 rapid antigen test, and present proof of that same-day negative test for admittance to the conference.

Option 3 is available to anyone who prefers not to use the CLEAR Health Pass App to store their vaccination record or COVID-19 antigen test results.

AHIP encourages registrants to use the CLEAR Health Pass App for streamlined admittance to the conference. Those who test positive for COVID-19 at the onsite CVS clinic will not be admitted to the conference, will have to make arrangements to isolate in accordance with CDC guidance, and may experience travel plan disruptions as a result.

Any registrant who is unable to attend the conference due to a positive COVID-19 test that is confirmed by a lab within 5 days prior to the conference will be provided a credit towards a future 2023 event. See CDF registration policies and procedures here.

Additional Health & Safety Information

Vaccine Policy

For the purpose of attending the Consumer Experience and Digital Health Forum 2022, and consistent with CDC guidance, a person is considered to have completed a primary course of vaccination against COVID-19*:

2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series authorized for use by the FDA, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Novavax vaccines, or

2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine authorized for use by the FDA, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

For international attendees, this guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization (e.g., AstraZeneca/Oxford, Covishield, BIBP/Sinopharm, Novavax/Covavax, Convidecia, and Sinovac) - 2 weeks after the final dose in the primary series.

For more information, consult https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/stay-up-to-date.html. Vaccines administered outside the U.S. that are accepted by the WHO are listed at https://www.cdc.gov/coronaviru....

*While we are not requiring attendees to have a booster shot to attend the event at this time, AHIP encourages you to get a booster dose when eligible to further strengthen your protection against COVID-19, consistent with CDC guidance.

On-Site Safety Guidelines

AHIP will be implementing a series of protocols and onsite precautions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. AHIP will work in accordance with the CDC, Music City Center, and local public health officials to ensure the safety of all attendees. As new developments arise over the coming weeks, the approach will continue to adapt and we will keep the community informed of any changes. While there are no local changes to mask requirements, the CDC has a “Know Your COVID-19 Community Level COVID-19 County Check” that offers prevention steps by county. In addition, if you have been in close contact with a known case of COVID-19 or have recently recovered from COVID-19, AHIP asks that you wear a well-fitting face mask when indoors until the later of ten (10) days following the date of your exposure, first onset of symptoms, or first positive COVID-19 test.

If you experience symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for COVID-19 while attending the conference, we ask that you promptly exit the conference.
