Inconsistent data precludes automation. The lack of consistent data means dependency on manual processes.
Data resides in individual spreadsheets that are updated manually, for each of over 2,000 plans. Outsourced work requires in-house time & resources for lengthy and repetitive change management. Being at the mercy of vendor processes, priorities, & pricing; and dependencies on external vendors resulted in gaps in knowledge.
Content, plan data, & approved assets were hard to find & reuse because they resided across the organization in multiple & disconnected silos. SBCs were produced & stored, in advance of any request from a consumer – a costly & wasteful way to comply.
