A citrus farmer by upbringing, economist by training, and high-tech entrepreneur by background, Sam Glick is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences practice, and the San Francisco office leader. He also serves as director of the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center Leaders Alliance, which convenes senior executives from across healthcare to work collaboratively on creating greater consumer value and industry sustainability.
Sam supports a diverse portfolio of clients, including leading providers, health plans, biotech manufacturers, employers, enablement companies, retailers, and venture capital firms, working collaboratively with them to serve consumers successfully. He has been invited to speak at a number of events across the U.S. and has been quoted in publications such as the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Previously, Sam was in the high-tech strategy practice at Accenture. Prior to that, he led global business strategy, new offer development, merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities at Mercer.
