about

Research indicates that healthcare consumers want health and care services provided virtually and on their terms — services they want, when and where they want them — when healthy and well, ill or injured, or with ongoing health challenges. In short, 21st century healthcare, yet, few are being offered the services they are prepared to use.

The webinar will present the results of a consumer survey that assessed how active healthcare consumers are in relation to their own health and healthcare; potential motivators that induce healthcare consumers to be more involved; how consumers prefer to receive healthcare services (including in-person and virtual), and consumer levels of interest in and comfort with receiving healthcare services virtually.

Webinar participants will learn:

  • The reasons why consumer demand for virtual healthcare and services signals a wake-up call for both payers and providers who are not yet transforming health and care services
  • The factors that make the current market environment ripe for payers and providers to act now to meet expectations and accelerate virtual health adoption
  • The necessary practical steps to seize the virtual healthcare opportunity

Who should attend: Innovators and business owners at payer organizations as well as individuals at payers responsible for managing and engaging providers
