Jenny Carrillo is inspired by innovative technologies that improve global health. In her current role, she helps organizations strategically differentiate American Well’s telehealth offering, expand their reach, and leverage their assets to achieve their measurable objectives. Trained as a Clinical Psychologist, she has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, spanning from academia to executive roles in strategy, external affairs, and cross-functional integration. Jenny has served as spokesperson, and contributed to publications and panels, speaking extensively about achieving health equity. Jenny received her PhD from Yale.

John Jesser is responsible for American Well’s Clinical Services and Online Care Group (OCG). He leads a team developing clinical programs, optimizing the American Well platform and ecosystem of client capabilities to drive better health outcomes for health plans and employers. He is responsible for supporting the company’s telehealth strategy to employers, its relationship with Anthem and the LiveHealth Online brand as it serves Anthem ‘s commercial and government business. Mr. Jesser holds a BS in Mass Communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Marie Renzi is the director of marketing, health plan and employer engagement at American Well. Previously, Marie was a marketing director for Anthem, Inc., one of the nation’s leading health benefits companies. In this role, she developed marketing strategies that fused the latest category research with membership trends to drive strong business results for LiveHealth Online. During her time at Anthem, Marie was awarded two Value in Action awards for her work with LiveHealth Online and improving HEDIS scores among high risk members within the commercial line of business.
