There are many challenges which face the US when it comes to prescription drugs costs and access. For more than three decades, various drug pricing benchmarks have been utilized to help health insurance providers procure and distribute medications. There are a multitude of available drug pricing benchmarks which can be used but they have not been fully vetted or evaluated to determine if one benchmark may have an advantage over another. There needs to be an enhanced understanding and appreciation for the various strengths and weaknesses of available drug pricing benchmarks.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss the pharmacy supply chain and review alternative pricing models, comparing them with current methodologies to see what is most effective to consistently drive down drug prices.
