John Driscoll brings more than 25 years of health care experience to CareCentrix. Prior to CareCentrix, John served as President at Castlight Health, a healthcare technology company, and prior to that served as Group President for new markets at Medco, where he led product development for employer and health plan clients. During his years at Medco, John was part of the senior management team that spun Medco out of Merck, building an enterprise that was named as the most admired company in healthcare services by Fortune. John holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Master’s in Philosophy from Cambridge University in England.
AnneBeth Litt, MD, FACP
Medicaid Medical Director
AnneBeth Litt, MD, FACP is the Medicaid Medical Director at CareCentrix, Inc. She serves as the clinical lead for all quality, clinical, utilization management, and policies for Medicaid and LTSS programs. Dr. Litt brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to her role at CareCentrix, including a rich blend of clinical and management expertise.
Dr. Litt is a Board-Certified Internist and an Associate Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College, where she also received her medical education. She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Linda T. Hines, RN, MS, MBA
Medicaid Plan President
Virginia Premier Health Plan, Inc.
Linda is the Medicaid Plan President for Virginia Premier Health Plan, Inc. which serves approximately 325,000 Medicaid/FAMIS and Dual Special Needs enrollees for the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has worked in managed care for over 25 years and brings a strong clinical, administrative and management background in the medical and operational arena of managed care, and has been instrumental in developing several best practice care management and operational programs that have national recognition.
Ms. Hines earned her BSN, Master of Science in Nursing Administration, and her Executive MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mike is currently a consultant providing strategic advice on Medicaid health policy and long-term services and supports. He has more than 30 years’ experience in health and human services at the state, local, and national levels, most recently leading the Disabled and Elderly Health Programs Group at the federal Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS).
Mike previously led the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services as Acting Secretary and was the state’s Medicaid Director. Early in his career, he held government relations positions in health policy for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
Susan Tucker, CPA
Heath Management Associates
As a Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Tucker’s vast experience includes public accounting and work with nonprofit social service organizations. She has an in-depth understanding of managed care and the legal, financial, and administrative requirements providers must navigate, and possesses extensive long-term services and supports (LTSS) operational, compliance, and financial expertise for programs at the local, state, and national level. In supporting LTSS programs, she has worked to develop plans and resources to respond to elder care needs and used best practices to help clients proactively meet compliance requirements and state and federal regulations.
Ms. Tucker earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida.
Executive Vice President, Markets & Products
Scott Markovich oversees all CareSource health plans to support member growth, provider strategies and health plan performance. He also leads the product strategy as it relates to managing individuals with complex needs. He works closely with market and corporate leaders to align operating plans across all states where CareSource serves members and focuses on community and business partnerships including relevant regulatory agencies.
Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
