The AHIP group rate is $389.00 Single/Double plus 12.27% tax per night. In addition, the hotel will charge a resort fee of $20.00 per room per night. This group rate is available until Friday, December 29, 2017 or when the room block has sold out (whichever comes first). This cut-off is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability.
Rooms at this rate are being held for arrival on Tuesday, January 30, 2017 and departure on Saturday, February 3, 2018. **Space is limited for the nights of Tuesday, January 30 and Friday, February 2, 2018. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates, as well as any accommodation requests (to include extended dates and special room types), in the “Additional Info/Requirements” section of your registration.
Deposit and Cancellation
Because of the very nature and size of the Royal Palms, it is important to understand and adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policies for this conference. If a reservation is cancelled within 21-14 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit the deposit of first and last nights’ stay. If a reservation is cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire length of stay.
