Mr. Michael Haddad currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of ikaSystems and has nearly two decades of experience in accelerating strategic business outcomes by leveraging technology. He has established a proven track record for successfully delivering enterprise wide initiatives while aligning culture, talent, and strategy to achieve transformation. In this role, Michael supports the overall organizational strategy and goals by effectively managing information security risk.

Prior to joining ikaSystems, Mr. Haddad was a senior leader in Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s (BCBSM) IT division where he was accountable for Enterprise Information Management and ran a $20+ million dollar operation providing data management and data integration services to internal and external consumers of data and analytics. Prior to joining BCBSM, Michael spent a number of years in consulting where he led global Security & Privacy initiatives in highly regulated industries.

Mr. Haddad holds a Ph.D., in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University as well as an MBA and BSBA with a concentration in organizational behavior from University of Detroit Mercy. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
