The last couple years have brought with them numerous political and legal challenges for both those who sponsor and those who administer health benefit plans; from carriers to employers, brokers to third party administrators. Likewise, these and other industry players find themselves disagreeing when it comes to addressing both new issues and old ones that have been cast in a new light, in part due to changes in law and regulation.  We suspect these matters will be impacting the industry for the foreseeable future, and thus it is incumbent upon us to find solutions.
