Bundled payments are one of the most promising fee-for-service alternatives, and have gained increased traction with health care reform. But payment bundling is complex and requires deep understanding and analysis of your data and effective provider relationships to facilitate care transformation. To make these arrangements work, health plans need a detailed implementation plan and analytic expertise in evaluating care and creating bundled payments.
The speakers will outline where bundled payments fit in the context of payment reform, the strategic importance for payers and providers, and how payers and providers are using data and analytics to understand payments and design care plans.
