It’s About the Consumer

As health plans continue to put the consumer at the center of service, how can your organization stand out, and create loyal members who see you as their health partner.

AHIP’s Consumer Experience and Digital Health Forum is all about answers. While we’ll talk tools and gadgets, this powerful program goes much deeper. You’ll leave with solid ideas, partnership opportunities, and insight into the products and services that are delivering results.

Here’s a glimpse of what we’ll cover. Check back often, as the program evolves up until the conference.

  • Are you a brand leader? You can be.
  • What turns customers into loyal customers, and your best advocates?
  • There’s lots of data out there. But, what about meaningful data? How do you find and use that data?
  • Health care disruptors are showing real results. Is your organization ready for disruption?
  • Can your IT systems handle the change? Is your infrastructure up for the challenge as you re-imagine health care?
  • What inspires consumers to become engaged in their health?
  • What’s the next big thing? From wearables, to mhealth tools and more, what are the best investments?

If you often feel like you have more questions than answers as we work together to re-imagine health care, register today. You’ll leave with answers and inspiration to tackle the challenges ahead.

Early Registration Ends: November 1
Cancellations: November 18
