Sue Willman serves as Senior Vice President & GM, for EXL Health’s Clinical, Pharmacy and Data & Analytics Services. She has demonstrated sense for general management, business strategy and marketplace factors leading to development, launch and management of healthcare products and services spanning 28 years, including value-based care integrated models, case and disease management, wellness, home monitoring, medical device, consumer directed medication adherence and pharmacy benefit management.

Previously, Sue served as Vice President of Global Integrated Care Solutions in Medtronic Diabetes. Prior to Medtronic, she had roles at Optum, MedAdvisor (Schering Plough) and Lilly (PCS Health).

Joseph Oddo

Joe Oddo is the Vice President & Chief Information Officer for TriWest Healthcare Alliance, an organization owned by the Blues, with a Mission to Serve® our nation’s Veteran and military communities. Joe has been a senior IT leader operating at Executive levels for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience working with global C-Level leaders on key initiatives – aligning Information Technology (IT) plans with strategic business objectives including revenue growth, M&A integration, and operational improvements.

His professional experience includes leading and managing critical global operational areas, as well as strategic consulting in the Health Care, Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services verticals. Joe has also held leadership roles with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Capgemini / Ernst & Young, and leading manufacturing companies such as General Motors, Delphi, and Lear.

Joe holds an MBA in Information Systems from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

Mr. Ekici leads the architecting of ‘virtual engineers’ in solutions from Amelia, an IPsoft Company, including its ITSM automation platform (IPcenter) that is now used by most leading IT service providers.

Ergun joined Amelia in 2001 and led the team responsible for  breaking new ground in cognitive technology with the creation of a virtual agent capable of taking on knowledge worker roles across industries. Mr. Ekici has also led global application management services along with development services at Amelia and prior to joining Amelia, worked as a Java Architect in New York City’s Financial District.
