about

The health care industry is experiencing a renaissance, and organizations have the opportunity and expectation to redefine their relationship with consumers from transactional to more meaningful and deep-rooted. For incumbents, change is hard but necessary and can start with exploring new methods to be more proactive and stay connected.

During this interview-style webinar, attendees will get real-world insights from AllWays Health Partners’ Director of Customer Engagement Marketing on how they’re adapting to this new world. We’ll discuss a new plan offering, what channels are proving essential to connect with their consumers, and what they’re doing to help with the vaccine rollout.

Attendees will learn:

  • How a peer plan created a new offering to maximize the value of their relationships with high-quality providers
  • Why digital-engagement is key, and what new channels are proving essential to engage members in a post-COVID world
  • Specific campaign examples, including lessons learned from COVID-19 vaccine communications
