about

When it comes to improving health and well-being, using data and analytics offers insight, but the collected data needs to go beyond just knowing how members prefer to be contacted, or what conditions they have or what medications they take. Harnessing the combined power of rich data, advanced analytics and consumer-facing tools creates more opportunities to promote better health and drive meaningful engagement.

In the new era of engagement, consumers yearn to play a more active role in their health. To keep pace with these demands, and to have a real effect on improving health outcomes and decreasing costs, population health and wellness solutions need to fulfill the unmet needs of the health-activated consumer. In this session, learn how harnessing the combined power of rich data, advanced analytics and consumer-facing tools creates more opportunities to promote better health, drive meaningful engagement and decrease costs.

Attendees Will Learn How:

  • Data analytics play a key role and provide value in identifying potential clinical risks, gaps in care and opportunities for member health improvement
  • Data and analytics-driven personalized care plans help members achieve their best health
  • The integration of rich data, advanced analytics and consumer-facing tools paired with population health and well-being programs drive engagement and sustained behavior change
