The AHIP group rate is $399.00 Single/Double plus 12.57% tax per night. In addition, the hotel will charge a resort fee of $20.00 per room per night. This group rate is available until Thursday, December 27, 2018 or when the room block has sold out (whichever comes first). This cut-off is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability.
Rooms at this rate are being held for arrival on Sunday, January 27, 2019 and departure on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. Space is limited for Sunday, January 27, 2019 and Wednesday, January 30, 2019. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates, as well as any accommodation requests (to include extended dates and special room types), in the “Additional Info/Requirements” section on the hotel reservation page below. All Designer Casita requests are first-come, first-served and are based on availability.
Because of the very nature and size of the Royal Palms, it is important to understand and adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policies for this conference. If a reservation is cancelled within 14-21 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit the deposit of first and last nights’ stay. If a reservation is cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire length of stay.
