As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to raise uncertainty and anxiety to unprecedented levels across the nation, health insurance providers are turning to virtual care to support members and relieve strain on the greater healthcare system. Learn how virtual care can play a vital role in flattening the curve and easing members’ concerns.

Virtual care can play an important role in keeping our communities safe when there are concerns around infectious disease. Through leveraging virtual care, an illness can be contained when it counts and members can avoid unnecessary exposure—while still getting the trusted guidance (and peace of mind) that they need.

In this webinar, you’ll learn why payers are relying on text-based primary care to offer their members guidance, treatment, and answers amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Join us as we provide perspective around the role that virtual care has played in mitigating COVID-19 across the country, as well as insights from our experience on state and federal emergency preparedness task forces. We will also offer a deep dive on what physicians are seeing in their clinic, how we’re responding, and how to keep your members safe and healthy with virtual care.

Attendees will learn:

  • How virtual care is helping to combat the COVID-19 pandemic
  • State and federal emergency response insights to the pandemic
  • Why on-demand, text-based care is different than traditional telemedicine
  • How health insurance providers can leverage virtual care to support their members through COVID-19 and beyond
