She has more than 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry, holding multiple leadership roles in IT, business operations, and product development. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Information Technology at Florida Blue, where she was responsible for creating, communicating and executing, the company’s IT strategy through web, cloud, and mobile application development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Arden leads the direct marketing and analytics teams at GuideWell Connect –a sales, marketing, and engagement company focused on driving results through health care consumerism. He has more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, holding multiple roles across research marketing, database management, account management and creative services. Prior to his current role, he spent seven years at Anthem BlueCross BlueShield focused on marketing strategy and direct marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
