Kate Wormington is the Director of Program Management, Quality Performance Solutions at Change Healthcare. Kate and her team are proud to support HEDIS clients using Quality Performance Advisor, the 2018 Best in KLAS winner for Payer Quality Analytics. Kate has over 25 years of healthcare experience, starting in the Welsh Blood Transfusion Service laboratories before moving into IT as a programmer, analyst and finally all things software quality-related. For the past 16 years Kate’s focus has been on supporting healthcare quality reporting, first at Q Mark Inc, then at Austin Provider Solutions which ultimately became part of Change Healthcare. Kate is a self-described HEDIS nerd who is happy to see quality analytics continue to grow and evolve in importance within the healthcare industry.

Kate earned a BSc. (Honors) with a joint major in Environmental Chemistry and Biology from the University of South Wales, Pontypridd, UK and a MSc. with Distinction in Information Technology for Management from Coventry University, UK.
