about

With the rise of consumer-directed health plans, more members are responsible for a greater portion of their health care costs. With this responsibility, members need digital tools that give visibility into balances and tools to pay. Insurance providers are uniquely equipped to give a comprehensive view to members, leverage adjudicated claims data and the member portal.

This webinar will focus on strategies that health insurance providers can use to empower members to better manage their health care finances and support their provider network. The speaker will share examples of insurance providers that have added financial tools to their portal to facilitate member-to-provider payments.

Attendees will gain insight into:

  • Tips for improving member portal experience and utilization
  • Tools that can be added to the website for additional functionality
  • Ways financial functionality in the member portal can be used to improve the member experience and provider
