about

Health plans are seeking the right technology and techniques to help them lower administrative costs while improving care delivery. However, they’re frequently saddled with manual and outdated processes that have resisted modernization, resulting in “transformation” projects that too often fail due to high implementation costs and lengthy implementation timelines.

Join this webinar to learn how health plans can streamline their business processes and augment their human workforces with the help of an intelligent automation platform that leverages robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. Discover key health plan administration use cases best suited for intelligent automation, including: claims processing, provider data management, Internet of Things (IoT) in care management, and fraud, waste, and abuse investigation.

Attendees will learn:

  • How RPA and AI create the foundation for intelligent automation
  • How software digital agents work and the types of bots being used in healthcare
  • Strategies for identifying and implementing intelligent automation use cases
