Sherri Zink serves as SVP, Chief Analytics and Customer Engagement Officer for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. In this role she has ownership of the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence and champions a culture of data-driven decision making. Her organization provides enterprise wide data management services, client reporting solutions, provider & accreditation analytics, and predictive modeling functions.

Prior to joining BlueCross, Sherri served as VP, Reporting & Analytics for Optum. Sherri has received several awards for her work in the analytic field including the 2017 Digital Edge50 Award, 2016 ComputerWorld Top 100 Technology Leader Award, the 2016 Digital Edge25 Award, and CIO Magazine’s 2016 Top 100 Most Innovative Use of Analytics Award.
