Demand for access to behavioral health care services continues to increase, as more patients seek treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma and stress-related conditions than ever before. While providers are receiving more referrals, and taking on more patients, waitlists are increasing and patients are struggling to find the help they need.

MDLIVE will share our recent consumer research and insights to better understand the needs driving increases in behavioral health care demand and discuss how virtual behavioral health care services are uniquely designed to assist health insurance providers in meeting this increased demand, while improving the patient experience in behavioral health care.

Attendees will learn about:

  • The latest attitudes and usage insights to better understand the needs driving increases in behavioral health care demand
  • How the MDLIVE behavioral health patient experience is designed to mirror the in-office experience to serve as a natural extension of care
  • MDLIVE’s extensive quality measures and their impact on patient outcomes
