Employers face a complex landscape as they seek to manage employee health and wellness programs and make gains on the ‘triple aim’ of improving population health, member experience, and costs. Key challenges include:

  • Annual premiums in 2016 for employer-sponsored insurance grew to an average of $6,435 for single coverage and $18,142 for family coverage. [1]
  • That is an increase of 3% from 2015. [1]
  • $1 trillion is lost to unaddressed chronic diseases annually. [2]
  • High-deductible health plans are becoming increasingly widespread. [3]

Develop a better understanding of key trends in employee health and wellness, including challenges and solutions. Take away best practices and innovative approaches from a case study that highlights one employer’s overall employee health strategy that has helped it make positive strides on the journey toward the ‘triple aim’ of improving population health, member experience, and costs.

Webinar participants will learn:

  • Key trends in employee health programs
