Shelley Stevenson has more than 33 years of healthcare experience, including leadership positions in strategic and tactical planning, compliance, Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP, MMP, organizational and workflow design and improvement, and CMS Program auditing. She has successful experience across all lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, ACOs, and commercial and individual plans. Shelley has led implementations of health plans new to Medicare Advantage. From applying for CMS approval, all the way to fully compliant go-live launches, she has delivered 4.5-5 STAR ratings and accreditations with NCQA, URAC, and AAAHC.

Shelley has extensive experience working as a thought leader in understanding the market dynamics and how to achieve compliant, high-quality ratings and desired revenue in the Medicare Advantage space.
