His expertise includes business transformation, payer-provider integration and contracting, product design and implementation, core admin system evaluation and selection, business process reengineering, value-based insurance design, financial reporting and consumer-centric operations. Prior to CitiusTech, Shitang worked for PwC Health Industries Advisory (serving payer and provider clients), AcademyHealth and EP&P Consulting (health services research and policymaking in Washington D.C.).
Shitang holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from University of Michigan.

Parag leads the Big Data practice at CitiusTech, focusing on helping clients solve their data integration, management and analytics problems using leading edge technologies. He has strong expertise across clinical interoperability, HIEs, disease management, EMR systems, clinical imaging, payer system integration & Meaningful Use compliance. He has over 20 years’ experience in software development, systems management and IT operations.
Prior to CitiusTech, Parag was an Engineering Manager at QLC where he managed several aspects of the company’s product and services portfolio.
