Craig Azoff, Vice President of Health Plan Information Services at Elderplan, Inc.

Craig is currently the Vice President of Health Plan Information Systems for Elderplan, Inc., a Medicare and Medicaid managed care organization and has served in this capacity since October of 2015. Prior to this role, Craig was the Assistant Vice President of Application Support for Elderplan, as well as the Director of Administrative Information Services at MJHS, the parent company of Elderplan. He has been with MJHS / Elderplan for 14 years.

Craig began his healthcare career 20+ years ago as an Intake Specialist for Psychological Managed Care Consultants, the behavior health division of Cigna.

Craig holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, as well as a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Long Island University.
Besides healthcare, Craig is the Vice President of a small company he started with a friend called Journey Into The Heart, where he co-leads weekend retreats for fathers and daughters working on building stronger relationships.

Lee Ditkowsky, Assistant Vice President of Claims at Elderplan Inc

Lee Ditkowsky is Assistant Vice President of Claims at Elderplan Inc., in Brooklyn New York. Elderplan mission is to serve the frail, elderly, Medicare, Medicaid and dually eligible populations. Lee has worked at Elderplan for 11+ years and was also a member of the selection committee that decided on HealthEdge and directly involved in the implementation of HealthRules Payor. Prior to joining Elderplan, Lee spent 35+ years working in Health Plan payer environments at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Vytra Health Plan and CBCA Administrators. He has experience with Commercial, Managed Care and Third Party Administration. Lee holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce degree from Rider University and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from New York Institute of Technology.

Sophia Moran,  Product Marketing Manager at HealthEdge

Sophia Moran has served in the healthcare technology industry for a number of years and is currently the Product Marketing Manager at HealthEdge, where she is responsible for developing the positioning and competitive differentiation of HealthEdge’s solutions and services in the health insurance market. Prior to joining HealthEdge, Sophia helped build the Market Intelligence program at athenahealth, Inc., and advised the Sales and Marketing team on communicating health system and provider needs. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Curry College.
