Brandi Hodor

Brandi Hodor brings more than 17 years of experience in healthcare informatics and analytics from both the provider and the payer perspective to our company’s Payer Analytics & Consulting team. Since joining our company, Brandi has driven strategic initiatives integrating sociodemographic, health, and productivity data, and designing reporting outputs to fit health plan and employer business needs. She has also helped clients implement predictive modeling projects and has created a number of analytic tools for forecasting.

Prior to joining Truven Health Analytics, Ms. Hodor held roles in corporate financial planning for Allegiance Health and Health Plan of Michigan. Her experience includes the conceptualization and implementation of Provider Profiling models, forecasting the viability of moving the health plan to new markets, payment integrity analytics, and design and implementation of quality improvement programs. Much of her work has been focused on identifying opportunities and developing strategies to maximize revenue with a focus on data analysis to address business initiative.

Ms. Hodor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Michelle McAllister, MPH
Director, Consulting
IBM Watson Health

Michelle McAllister is currently a Director, Consulting at IBM Watson Health, and has been with our organization since 1999.  She leads CMS certification efforts with our clients, including State of Maine Medicaid, State of Delaware Medicaid, State of West Virginia Medicaid, State of Tennessee APCD, and State of Colorado Medicaid.  She also conducts scope and price analytic projects; manages project delivery within time and budget constraints to ensure quality of deliverables; and identifies opportunities beyond the contract scope.  In short, Ms. McAllister serves as an analytic resource across the region.

Prior to her appointment as Director, she served as Manager, Client Services, where her duties included serving as the primary daily client contact and leading a team supporting the design, development, and implementation of our healthcare information systems and consulting services.  Earlier in her career, her positions included Consulting Manager, Analytic Consultant, and Senior Database Consultant.

Ms. McAllister has a thorough understanding of the unique needs of Medicaid customers, and significant experience conducting analyses of Medicaid healthcare data.  She has more than 15 years experience of data management and analysis experience in addition to 15 years experience in the healthcare industry.

Ms. McAllister received an MPH in Epidemiology from Emory University, in Atlanta, Georgia.  She also earned a BS degree from Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York.
