Jim Dwyer, Senior Vice President, RCG Global Services
Jim is a Senior Vice President with RCG Global Services and leads the healthcare practice. Most recently he served as Vice President for Santa Rosa Consulting leading the interoperability and integration practices. Before joining Santa Rosa, he served as Senior Vice President with Medicity (an Aetna subsidiary) leading the national accounts group supporting over 100,000 physicians and assisting the Aetna Accountable Care Organization (ACO) team design their integrated ACO solutions. Jim brings 20 years of experience in healthcare technology, operations and management consulting. Prior to Medicity, he served as a partner in CSC’s health care practice and a partner with First Consulting Group (FCG) where he led the Application Services practice. His experience also includes eight years as the CIO and Vice President of Heritage Health Systems in Nashville, TN. He received his MBA with honors from the University of Southern California and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Oregon.

 

Michael F. Wilson, Director of Marketing, Industry Software Solutions
Mike is responsible for Healthcare Solutions Marketing at Pitney Bowes.  In this role he leads the full scope of product marketing functions from strategy to communications to demand generation. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Mike worked for Cotiviti, a healthcare payment accuracy and analytics company where he was responsible for product and brand marketing. Mike started his Marketing career with IBM, in which he had roles focused on healthcare and authored white papers on patient-centered collaborative care and clinical decision support.  He achieved his MBA from Rice University and his undergraduate degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy.

 

Chuck Kane, Managing Director, Single View of Customer Solutions, Pitney Bowes
Chuck Kane is a 20 year veteran of the IT industry having worked across multiple industries such as Commercial Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Government, and Consulting.

Chuck has lead multiple data consulting practices delivering high value client engagements leveraging IBM MDM, Initiate, and Informatica being most recently at Tata Consultancy Services before joining Pitney Bowes in 2014.

He has a helped to implement numerous MDM systems at Fifth Third Bank, Northern Trust Bank, Western Union, Wal-Mart, Dell Computers, TD Bank, Fireman’s Fund (requirements / design phase), and BMC Software. Provided consulting many companies on best practices and approaches such as BB&T, Bank of America, Humana, and Chubb Insurance to name a few.

Self-confessed Master Data Geek, and now spearheading disruption in the MDM market evangelizing the adoption of the graph solution leveraging Spectrum. Chuck was involved with multiple successful graph POC’s when compared to the competition, overwhelming beat both on the main critical categories of success.
