The rapidity of change in the health care industry today is unprecedented. Advances in technology have made it possible to collect, store, and analyze enormous amounts of “big data.” Wellness programs have the opportunity to leverage this information for insights that will take health care from a reactive model to a new paradigm of preventive health.

When designed to meet the needs of the modern workforce, consumer, and benefit design demands, wellness programs can deliver the wellness support that people actually want. By integrating your wellness program with your larger care management strategy you can deliver value and generate optimal health outcomes in any line of business.

In this webinar we’ll explore three guiding principles that we believe are essential for developing a consumer-first approach.

  1. A personalized member experience in which all interactions are specifically tailored to match each person’s health goals and needs, preferences, demographics, and interests.
  2. Support for the member through a social network of friends, family, and colleagues
  3. The ability to connect with digital content, anytime, anywhere on multiple platforms and enjoy a seamless user experience

We’ll provide case study examples of how to drive engagement from leveraging predictive data analytic and machine learning  to best practices for incentive strategies.

You’ll walk away with a better understanding of how to develop a wellness solution that people want.

Attendees will learn:

  • How you can incorporate your wellness solution as a part of your strategy to deliver a fully integrated population health service
  • Guiding principles of personalized, connected & supported
  • Best practices for developing the right incentive strategy
