Dr. Peter Goldbach, Chief Medical Officer, Health Dialog
Dr. Goldbach brings more than 30 years of medical experience to Health Dialog’s management team, including 15 years in medical administration and 17 years maintaining a primary care and pulmonary disease practice.
Prior to joining Health Dialog, Dr. Goldbach served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Med-Vantage Inc., a healthcare informatics and engagement company. Earlier in his career, he served as Medical Director for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where he provided medical direction for the company’s “Pay for Performance” and eHealth programs, and held CEO, trustee, and medical staff president positions with two Boston-area community hospitals.
Dr. Goldbach received undergraduate and master’s degrees from UCLA before earning his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at George Washington University Hospital, and his Pulmonary Disease fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center / UCLA School of Medicine.
Divya Errabelli, VP of Analytics, Health Dialog
Divya has over 9 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, operations, and program evaluation and monitoring. At Health Dialog, she leads the planning, design, and execution of the company’s analytic and predictive model development. Additionally, she supports customers by delivering program insights, evaluation, and reporting on key metrics. Divya’s demonstrated leadership and expertise in big data, machine learning, and predictive analytics are critical to helping Health Dialog’s clients accomplish their business needs and revenue goals.
In a prior role as Director of Global Client Services at Health Dialog, Divya provided account management for clients in Australia and the U.K. as well as sales support for prospective partnerships between Health Dialog and other entities in Poland, Saudi Arabia, and China. She was responsible for providing leadership to a cross-functional team to ensure that all aspects of project development and operations were optimally executed to meet key objectives and contractual obligations. Previously, as Manager of Client Analytics at Health Dialog, she played an integral role in the operations, training, and successful launch of the healthcare data analytics arm of a global disease management joint business venture in Melbourne, Australia.
Divya has an MPH from Boston University with a concentration in Epidemiology and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
